Health Matters is a wellbeing app that was co-created with service users of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, to help improve lifestyle choices and as a result positively impact on both Mental and Physical Health. The Health Matters app strives to put practical support, encouragement and tailored advice in the palm of your hand.

• Medication planner with access to relevant information leaflets
• Mood diary, review and signposting/advice
• Nutrition, Activity, Blood Pressure, Glucose, Cholesterol and BMI recording and related advice/signposting
• Smoking functionality including a savings/spending calculator so you can see how much of your money is associated with smoking
• Health Contacts - allowing you to create a directory of any health care professionals or carers
